statement
I'm a visual artist and art educator. I was born and raised in Mexico and have been living in Texas since 2009. My work reflects my understanding of how we are influenced by culture and heritage, in all that we do and our beliefs system. Life-long learning is part of my philosophy of life and art making as well. A continuous search for meaning is an essential part of my creative process, along with pursuing for aesthetic challenges in association with the art space and the interactions with the learner.
